Electronic Communication Network (ECN)

An ECN is a computerized program that automatically matches buy and sell orders for securities. ECN trading is extremely helpful when investors from different geographic locations wish to conduct a secure transaction without going through a third party.

Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong.
