Risk management

Risk management helps minimize losses. It is an important but often ignored prerequisite to successful trading. After all, traders who have generated considerable profits can lose it all in just a single bad trade without a risk management strategy. Algorithmic trading systems can automate a large percentage of the risk management process.

Don’t invest unless you’re prepared to lose all the money you invest. This is a high-risk investment and you should not expect to be protected if something goes wrong.
